Dorothy Crandall heading for triple digits

Hey everyone. Over the past few months, I’ve mentioned to many of you that we (Jim, Gary, Gene and family) are planning a 100th birthday celebration for our mom Dorothy who resides at Water’s Edge in Hayward. While her actual 100th birthday is in December we decided to have a family reunion to celebrate her 99 3/4 birthday on Saturday August 12.

Our initial plan was to have the celebration at the Cable Town Park and invite the whole Mama-gram email list to swing by that sizeable venue. Due to some recent changes in our mom’s mobility we can’t have the party at the town park - so - had to significantly scale down the invite list to fit our much much smaller space at Water’s Edge.

Which is to say, in a nice way, that you all aren’t invited because we just don’t have the space. Sorry about that.
