Call for Volunteers - Wrecking Crew needs you for Friday of Chequamegon parking lot operations

Friday September 15 at the Birkie Start Line in Cable

Good morning potential Wrecking Crew volunteers,

This is a call for Wrecking Crew volunteers for the Friday September 15 parking lot logistics opportunity at this year’s Chequamegon MTB Festival.  Clearly one of our biggest and most important gigs of the year.

To date we have good responses from the regular Wrecking Crew volunteers however we could use a few more for either shift noted below.

Bib pick up is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday. 

We will establish 2 shifts for the parking operations

            Shift 1            1 to 4:30

            Shift 2            4:30 to 7

Let me know which shift you’d be available.

Let me know your T-shirt size as well.

Details of the operations, venue maps and other to come in follow up emails as they are developed.
